THIS OLIGARCHY BY THE CONSTITUTION MUST SURRENDER THE GOVERNMENT AS THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY, EITHER MORALLY OR CONSTITUTIONALLY

   And thus by the Constitution, “We the People,” have an obligation to write this treatise, or we are guilty as those that would destroy it. It states clearly in the Declaration of Independence that Citizen have a right, but most importantly a duty to usurp any body that takes over this great nation, and works against the will and interest of the people as we have seen for the last 200 years or so. Any serious person that does the research will find, that in fact it is not a conspiracy that the IRS is a Puerto Rican trust company, the Federal Reserve is of course not Federal at all, but owned by world bankers (Google Edward griffin Jekyll Island); and that our entire Government is run by the CFR, an entity that circumvents our Constitution and the people’s votes, which are only now sadly a consensus, and the list of lies and deception as I said recently that it would reach to the moon if compiled, and it would never end, but one would have to turn the task over to one’s heirs to record all the on going crimes done by those that have made themselves kings in our country. That is to say, almost our entire Government, and those agencies and institutions that have been spawned from them throughout American history have become a cancer to the true meaning and spirit, the compassionate design of the Declaration of Independence, i.e. the just and true vision of the Constitution.

 

And yes the Masons inserted verbiage at its origination to turn the document against us, but we must always remember, it is, “The Rule of Law,” that states if it is done under, (past, or present) deception then it is null, and void; and thus everything this government has done that was in conflict with the will and the interest of the people since her inception can be challenged Constitutionally I believe successfully.

 

A QUESTION I ASK MYSELF ABOUT THOSE RUNNING OUR GOVERNMENT?

 

And I ask the American people everywhere regardless of any party affiliation (religio-political). So is it not true by your own research (You did do the research, right?), aka, the very people that we supposedly voted in to protect our rights and interest as underlined in the Constitution, - have they not turned it against us?

 

Therefore, if true and we have the proof it is by the Rule of Law underlined in the true Spirit of the Constitution, and by moral and ethical paradigms found in general law states that those that have taken over our nation, mostly by the violation of “Church and State,” must step down and turn the nation over to the people. And thus, the people by their own free will and honest elections run by a committee they elect will replace said government in a manner best for all parties with no hatred or strife that will cause harm to our nation, her people; but instead preserve restore and free America and her people to become the nation she was meant to be.

 

That is to say, A Beacon of real hope for her own people first, one that naturally spreads, the rights of man and woman across the globe by a process where all nations and peoples can be heard at every level. Taking a “Deep Breath, a Moment for Humanity,” to stop and think about our future together on a massive scale, intelligently with out war, or conflict, but through a unity for a loving and compassionate world: built by the creativity and vision of every nation state. even reaching out to the vast rural mountain valley community. Let us hear the voices of those that can not be heard that suffer in the darkness, afraid by the tyranny they have been living under, let them speak out!!

 

THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE:

 

We the people only need to sign a copy of “The Declaration of Independence,” as it states we have the right to this separation:

 

IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.

 

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,

 

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”

 

And as I have written on before, I have supplied the list of crimes this current government has done. And I thus, “ declare the causes which impel them to the separation.” As required under it’s banner.

 

Just as our Forefathers did originally, as seen herein below about King George's crimes; and thus I inserted them, so people could sign the back of the document in the same manner as our Forefathers did: and thus using this great article of freedom as they had designed and intended it for: with a clear statement that the people wish to exercise a peaceful, and mutual separation from this current Oligarchy that has hijacked their nation through religious institutions, using multiple secret societies and covert means, just as JFK explained in his infamous speech.

 

Thus, “We the People,” are now completely aware of the crimes by the two established political parties, and our government as a whole , which is in direct conflict with the true American Constitution, the real people’s will and interest

 

“ We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all [men and woman] are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. LAW ENFORCEMENT, WHO ARE YOU LOYAL TO?

 

When a government turns against her own people as this nation clearly has witnessed, we have to ask even the law enforcement to stop and look around at what is happening.

 

Are you Mr Law Enforcement everywhere at every level really going to go down this clear road to tyranny, a now complete police state, armed like the military, where “Posse Comitatus,” has been quashed, just as the Patriot Act, now renamed again to fool people, so THIS GOVERNMENT can once again work to trump the rights of the people by deceptive means?

 

As you know our government is suppose to be on the people’s side, we should not have to look under stones for the news, and the media is clearly only an extension of the propaganda machine owned by the world bankers that own the IRS, the Federal Reserve. Thus, they own the entire media machine and even Hollywood, which includes the music Industry, now completely turned to filith. And in fact everything they touch turns to filth.

 

Therefore, those now running our nation, by the laws of this good nation, and by the rights of women, and men, and those found in heaven and earth, - have lost all moral authority to run any nation, let alone the Greatest nation on Earth.

 

Again Mr. Obama I ask you to step down peacefully, let those that are real and genuine to this nation's true will, and interest have the reigns to try and heal her. Do not hold this nation hostage any longer with your world bankers, and your multiple religion’s secret friends. And I ask you not to retaliate again for my letters that must be written, I am only the messenger. Be sure that you, and the religio-political puppets that control our nation must step down as mandated by the very words you are suppose to uphold, i.e. the Constitution.

 

LOVE AND COMPASSION

 

Please know I believe the people have a great capacity for understanding, especially when people come forward with historical speeches; as JFK did to reveal the truth about who is really running our nation, to try and save this nation before it is too late. I do not believe the people will look down upon those that would do such a noble thing to admit such gross errors, and the long string of crimes and abuse. But instead I believe they will applaud, EMBRACE, and respect you for admitting your errors, both spiritually and politically.

 

VATICAN CONTROL

 

As you know this cancer that owns our nation, and the world has been fueled by powers that not even you Mr President could have ever fathomed I am sure before you took office. But we must take back this nation, and I know you ARE AWARE of the problem, as Thomas Paine was trying to convey in his, Age of Reason, “The Separation of Church and State,” is the foundation of any Constitution, it must remain in tact for a true Republic to survive. I mean this is why we left England, to get away from the Vatican tyranny (Jesuit Order HAS BEEN EXPELLED from 160 nations prior to taking over America). And as you and I both know the word “Democracy” socio-political linguistic engineering, means “mob rule.” A form of government of which anyone that has studied political science outside the box even a little knows it will always lead to an Oligarchy, as we have now. So I ask this government, what else can the people of this nation do when you are trying to depopulate us through agenda 21 and worse. The missing children, the false wars by false flags, false taxation, the Federal Reserve fraud, the surveillance, the prison states, the injustices, and the tyranny, - they are too many to list here . .

 

Are we not forced as a people to use the very documents our Forefathers left us to save us from this Oligarchy that now has taken over our nation’s government?

 

Respectfully Mr. president I ask you to agree to recognise a committee that will be formed for this Constitutional transition, and please include representatives from the Arm forces. With your help and the cooperation of Congress we can make the transition a beneficial, and historical one, moving to restore our republic. And as you know the crimes of this state are so vast that this request is wholly based, and supported by the Constitution. and should and must be enacted immediately as I know our Forefathers would advise if they be here today.

As a good strategy to win this campaign to take our nation back, I ask that everyone on facebook, - and to show respect for these doctors, - post nothing else but information on this issue until something is done, for months even if that is what it takes, or until we all sign our articles of freedom, and free ourselves from this out of control Oligarchy, or are people just too afraid?

 

Think how powerful this will be, or is it a fact that people just do not care that they are injecting our children with poison, and killing doctors that are trying to save them?

 

Look, this government is made up of a foreign bloodline, officially since 1871, and has only an interest in this nation as a business and a commodity. We are being used by the world bankers (Black Nobility), and ruled over, just as it has been for thousands of years by the Crown. Our own documents state we are owned by the Crown, they sold our nation, and us back in 1871. That is why nothing can ever be fixed, we are slaves. Look at the world as it really is, the taxation the tyranny that has plagued our nation since her inception, it can never get better under this bloodline and never will.

 

The voting and all the bills are all to waste the people’s time, giving them the illusion they are making change and have a voice when in fact this Oligarchy is laughing at us why they let companies like Monsanto do business in our nation, and the list goes on.

 

We have all the evidence they are poisoning our water, are we really this ignorant as a people? We need to take action and responsibility for these doctors, and our own lives and nation now. No more procrastinating. We have given these people more than a chance to fix the many problems that this nation has faced, and it never gets better, but only worse day by day. This again I say, goes too far. If killing our Doctors that are trying to save our children is not enough then we might as well concede we are slaves, and we have given up as a people. But I know that is not the spirit that lives in the hearts and minds of Americans. Just look at all the thoughtful post to save everything we can find that is wrong on Facebook alone? Who in the entire world has such a powerful and enduring spirit for justice? No one like Americans, we invented freedom and were keeping it! Can you imagine what a wonderful, and free world we will build once we take our nation back. What else can we do I ask you, and if one has a better plan I am listening with an open heart and mind as I only wish a solution with no personal agenda. I only provide this information with hope people will act on it to save themselves and our great nation.

 

If we want the Constitutionally sound America we keep being promised, which is only a carrot now to make us their slaves then we need to take the advice of those that tried to free this nation by its articles of freedom when they were penned. I will with in a few days, place a copy of, “The Declartation of Independence” for people to be able to print out and sign. It will only be revised in that the crimes of King Gorge will be replaced with the crimes of this current nation state. And I believe it is time we include the verbiage, “all men and women are created equal.”

 

This document shows the history of the Constitutional crimes of this Oligarchy back to 1871. It proves they incorporated America and sold her to the crown and used the people as collateral; it also shows how they tried to hide the 13th amendment, a law many in our government have broken by the way, which alone gives the American people the right by the laws within the Constitution to have them removed from office.

Doris: I wish I could do more but even just waking up 1 person is a good feeling. I have a fb friend that lives close by and is an officer in Chicago jail system, 2 years ago he would not say a word and thought II was exaggerating but the last month he has been sharing and bringing awareness to his circle of people which are other officers, I'm happy to say the least because you see....when you wake up 1 you actually wake up many heart emoticon
