NEW PROJECT:
1.) We are using the three proofs for literary vetting for initial qualifying. The three proofs are documentary, theoretical, and actual proof: 1.) Can it be documented? - 2.) does it make theoretical sense, the story is it credible? - 3.) It there tangible proof of the incident or event, witnesses, video that can be proved to be authentic?
So for this first section above write just a short summary explaining and listing the three proofs above, and how you implemented them for the first part of this report. Insert summary here, first part:

c. Does the story seem credible to you? You are an important part of this evaluation. Did you feel you researched this possible false flag, (Breaking news story) adequately? And if so does the story make theoretical sense, Does it make full circle? (Just write a short paragraph, but feel free to write more if you like, but please not too long).
d. Have you also reviewed, and read essays, and other articles too, not just videos? And what does the rest of the populace think, just your take on it, what you sense?
e. Have we checked to see what the CIA-Jesuits-Opus Dei is up to, and of course we must cross reference to see what the Vatican, or other secret societies activities that may coincide with this news event psyops. Make sure we follow George Soros, and the Russian element in this. Watch how all the news delivers the same stories and are all on cue. This is a sure sign of a planned psyop false flag. Remember all the media is owned by the same people. I will be listing all these connections, owners etc.,with a list of all agencies we need to consider in most evaluations depending on the event.

If anyone has any suggestions, or ideas please submit them to me. So we need 12 people for the Publishing Criteria Committee (PCC). But they can also submit projects. So just be honest in our reports, and use critical thinking and listening. We are researchers, real investigators for the American people. Hence, the ~ PIA ~ PEOPLE’S INTELLIGENCE AGENCY.
Think how our information can change the world by giving people a place they know the news has been honestly, and forensically filtered through, i.e we are extracting the false flag propaganda media-government psyops, and separating fact from fiction for the people we care about.
Lastly, I will next be publishing a PIA field manual for all citizens to review. This will give us inside tips on how the CIA-Jesuit-Opus Dei are trained by the Vatican, and how they function, including their history, and what they are up to today. I will of course be adding many modalities to this organization that will help to integrate our system with both our facebook forum and our up coming ~ PIA ~ website.
